Is a wonderful combination of our traditional Jerk Seasoning paste and ripe Jamaican bananas which form the base of our tantalizingly tasty Jerk BBQ sauce. The banana lends a fruity sweetness which softens the fiery spice of the Jerk. Excellent as a marinade or for basting all your barbeque favourites.
